One of their popular songs, “Guys My Age,” is notable for its electric sound and a track that leans toward hip-hop.

Garbage was a band formed by Butch Vig, who had made a name for himself as the producer for Nirvana and The Smashing Pumpkins, so there were high expectations from the very beginning of their debut.
They did indeed achieve success as expected, and there’s no doubt that Shirley Manson’s exceptional vocal power played a major role in that.

Although Suji-ban debuted in 1978, they also served as a bridge between the earlier trend of glam rock and the post-punk movement of new wave.
BulletJune Divided

Although they’re categorized as an alternative band, they’ve released many positive, melodious tracks.
By stripping away excess and keeping each sound clear, their songs are very easy to listen to—truly the perfect embodiment of “stylish.”
