It’s the song that was used in Toyota’s Voxy commercial.
Voxy ads have long been crafted to evoke the image of a rugged, masculine father, and the songs featured in those commercials are invariably rock numbers with heavy distortion.
This particular song was used for the early Voxy, and the person appearing in the ad was Tortoise Matsumoto from Ulfuls.
20th Century BoyT-REX

The song used in Toyota’s Voxy minivan commercial in 2007 featured Tomoyasu Hotei, Tadanobu Asano, and Takashi Sorimachi appearing together.
The track is a 1973 piece by the British glam rock band T.
Rex, and it’s also well known as the theme song for the film “20th Century Boys.”
