Here’s the song that was used in Nissan’s corporate commercials aired in 1997.
“Change the World” is a track released in 1996 by Wynonna Judd.
The version sung by Eric Clapton, featured in the 1996 film Phenomenon, is particularly well-known.
In this commercial, that classic is covered by Chikuzen Sato and Char.
Compared to Clapton’s rendition, their arrangement has a more relaxed feel and is very pleasant to listen to.

This is “Get the Party Started,” the lead single from American singer-songwriter Pink’s second album, M!ssundaztood, released in 2002.
The song was used in a Honda commercial.
