Born With a Broken HeartDamiano David

Måneskin is an Italian rock band that has gained worldwide popularity.
Their songs are used all over social media, and since they’ve performed in Japan, I’m sure many people are familiar with them.
Damiano David, who serves as the band’s vocalist, also works as a solo artist.
Among his solo tracks, the one I especially recommend is Born With a Broken Heart.
It’s a slightly nostalgic alternative rock piece with a narrow vocal range.
At the end of the chorus, there’s a verse featuring a vocal line that, while not quite a melisma or a “fake,” includes some fairly pronounced pitch shifts with a touch of falsetto.
Aside from that, there’s nothing particularly difficult about it—it’s an easygoing track.
SmileMorgan Wallen

Morgan Wallen is a country singer-songwriter whose uniquely rich, husky voice has won him a devoted following.
He was already popular in the country scene, but after collaborating with Lil Durk he suddenly drew attention from other audiences as well.
Of his works, the one I especially recommend is Smile.
It features a build that feels like it’s about to surge but never quite does, keeping the vocal line restrained throughout.
There are falsetto parts, but many singers can handle them with a light, low-volume mixed voice, making it a very singable track.
Nice To Meet YouMyles Smith

Miles Smith, a Black singer-songwriter centered on pop punk, is gaining attention in the UK.
Perhaps reflecting the current era of diversity, his popularity has been surging.
Among his tracks, the one I especially recommend is “Nice To Meet You.” It blends pop punk with country, featuring a narrow vocal range and a slightly brisk tempo.
That said, the vocal lines aren’t rapid-fire, so as long as you can control your pitch, it’s a song that just about anyone can aim for a high score with.
Good NewsShaboozey

Shaboozey is a singer-songwriter from the state of Virginia in the United States.
With a musical style centered on country music—which is quite rare for an African American artist—he has dropped several hit tunes so far.
Among his songs, the one I especially recommend is Good News.
Crafted in classic country fashion, this track features the genre’s hallmark: a gentle vocal line kept within a narrow range.
Heart of GoldShawn Mendes

Shawn Mendes, the singer-songwriter from Canada.
After breaking up with singer Camila Cabello, whom he had dated for many years, his music seemed to take on a darker tone, and he truly leveled up as an artist.
Among his songs, the one I especially recommend is Heart of Gold.
There’s a slightly soulful verse toward the end, but otherwise the range is narrow and the melodic movement is gentle, making it very easy to sing.
Definitely consider adding it to your repertoire.
NIGHTS LIKE THISThe Kid LAROI

The Kid LAROI is an artist who enjoys immense popularity in Australia.
In his early days, even though he had the title of rapper, he occupied more of an idol-like position, which led to many listeners being critical of him.
But now his musical edge has become more apparent, and he’s gained recognition from hardcore music fans as well.
Among his work, the one I especially recommend is Nights Like This.
It might seem like a challenging song with lots of falsetto, but there are many repeated verses and the melodic movement isn’t complex, so once you get the falsetto down, it’s actually easy to sing.

I Think They Call This LoveElliot James Reay

Elliott James Lee is a British singer-songwriter.
He’s one of the artists who ignited the recent rockabilly boom, creating many covers and classic tunes with a nostalgic musical style as his hallmark.
Among his songs, the one I especially recommend is “I Think They Call This Love.” It features a delicate sound that evokes Elvis Presley, with a vocal line to match—gentle and restrained, with few dramatic shifts.
