Autumn Music Festivals in Eastern Japan [2025–2026]

New Acoustic Camp is an event of mountains, camping, and music held at Minakami Kogen in Gunma Prefecture. Unlike typical music festivals, its key point is that the mountains, camping, and music all equally “coexist” there. You can enjoy a live show right in front of the stage, lie back on the grass, or have a BBQ while listening to music drifting in from afar—there are countless free and easy ways to enjoy it. The music festival organized by the nationwide fashion brand “niko and …” will take place in Tokyo. Held over two days at Shinagawa Season Terrace, the event features artists whose styles align well with the brand’s calm aesthetic. Centered on the nine themes it advocates—uni9ue sences (clothing, food, housing, play, knowledge, wellness, music, travel, and TOKYO)—the festival offers not only music but also a wide range of hands-on activities and workshops for participants.

It’s the Kawaguchi Street Jazz Festival. In addition to live jazz performances, you can also enjoy dance and other performances at several venues around Kawaguchi Station.

A wide variety of artists will perform live at nearly 40 venues set up throughout downtown Sendai. Just like choosing your favorite dishes in a bustling cafeteria where people gather, the event is held with the hope that you’ll discover and savor your very own music from the wealth of sounds from around the world spilling across the city.
