The song used in the Delica D:5 Clean Diesel commercial is THE BAWDIES’ “SING YOUR SONG.” Featured on the album “1-2-3,” it’s a distinctively cool, Western-influenced track that’s very much in THE BAWDIES’ style.

O crimson sky!Elephant Kashimashi


This is a commercial for the Delica D:5, promoted as a vehicle for families.

The commercial aired in 2022, titled “The All-New Golf Is Finally Here.” The piece that was used and quickly spread by word of mouth was “Stop Motion.” Even if you don’t immediately remember it, you’ll recognize it when you hear it and think, “Oh, that song.” It’s a track by the rock band Polkadot Stingray.
Its beautiful lyrics, which liken life to stop motion, and its driving melody perfectly matched the vibe of the commercial.
