Hatoya commercial original songYoko Nagayama and others

The familiar commercial jingle for Ito Onsen’s Hotel Hatoya—“Call 4126”—is the work of two big names: lyrics by Akiyuki Nosaka and music by Tak Izumi.
What’s even more surprising is that the song for “Tairyōen,” which appears in the latter half of the video, is reportedly sung by Yoko Nagayama in her childhood.
Amazing!
What the hell are you doing?MIO and YAE

It’s the jingle from Kincho’s insect repellent “Tansu ni Gon.” There are various versions by this duo, and every jingle is easy to remember—so catchy you’ll want to dance along, memorize it, and show it off somewhere.
It’s that impactful of a commercial.
Kincho has been putting out a lot of fun, humorous commercials like this lately, and they’re really enjoyable.
Original song

The Puccho commercial featuring Aぇ! group, titled “A New Way to Eat,” literally proposes a new way to enjoy Puccho.
The method is to make a peace sign with your index and middle fingers, pinch the candy between them, and eat it—just like the members of Aぇ! group do in the ad.
However, the background song boldly sings an amusingly vague line: “If you eat it like this, it tastes ten times better… I think,” which makes you want to chime in with a playful retort.
The contrast between the humorous song and the members’ deadpan expressions makes for a very entertaining commercial.

Yamada Denki commercial original songBacardi

A Yamada Denki commercial from around 1996.
The comedy duo Summers appeared back when they were still using their old name, Bacardi.
The line “Yama~da Denki,” which they sing in unison at the end, was apparently ad-libbed by the two of them.
They probably never imagined it would be used for so many years afterward.
