Glass BoyKinKi Kids

It was released in 1997 as Kinki Kids’ debut single.
The song was created by the golden duo of Takashi Matsumoto (lyrics) and Tatsuro Yamashita (music), debuted at No.
1, became a million-seller, and is also Kinki’s biggest hit.
Its structure is easy to follow and the melody line is natural, so it’s very easy to sing.
DriveWANIMA

This is an artist who is very popular with both men and women.
I believe the song is quite well-known due to its tie-in with a movie.
It might be a bit high in key for male singers, but it’s sure to get everyone pumped up.
If you focus on singing with a big voice from your diaphragm, it might be easier to sing.

One-Sixth Dream TravelerRyoichi Higuchi

It’s the ending theme of the local TV show “How Do You Like Wednesday?”.
After the over-the-top, suspenseful preview of the next episode during the chaotic journeys of Oizumi and Mister, this refreshing song always plays—it’s a staple.
It perfectly evokes the kind of “travel” that is so them, with a breezy, exhilarating feel, and it’s also great for karaoke.
illustrated reference bookSEKAI NO OWARI

SEKAI NO OWARI often gives the impression of having many high-pitched songs, but the July 2025 release “Zukan” doesn’t feature belted high notes and has little range fluctuation, so it seems very scoring-friendly—you might even aim for a perfect 100.
The melody is also easy to remember since it’s structured with just verse A, verse B, and the chorus, without a new section like a bridge.
Overall, the vocal range, rhythm, and melody are clearly organized, so you don’t need any special techniques and can sing it at a relaxed pace.
To aim for 100 points, the first priority is matching pitch.
Try singing lightly with the image of lifting your facial muscles and eyebrows and sending the voice forward from just above the eyebrows.
Vocalist Fukase also tends to keep his eyebrows raised, so use that as a reference!
OrangeSPYAIR

SPYAIR is a rock band with a sharp, cutting sound that has won strong support from younger generations.
Their crisp, articulate vocals are a hallmark of SPYAIR, which might make many people think their songs are hard to sing.
For those people, we recommend Orange.
While it’s an expansive, dynamic track that showcases SPYAIR’s signature punch, the vocal range is relatively narrow.
There’s a brief use of falsetto once in the latter half of the chorus, but if that part feels tough, try singing it in chest voice.
The falsetto is low and appears only for a split second, so you should be able to handle it just fine with your natural voice.
Cherry blossom seasonEXILE ATSUSHI

It’s a song produced for NHK’s program “Minna no Uta,” released as EXILE ATSUSHI’s seventh single in February 2015.
Partly due to ATSUSHI’s distinctive vocal phrasing, many people who aren’t confident singers will probably find it “difficult!!!” Indeed, if you try to sing it exactly like the original, there are plenty of challenging points, such as the phrasing and switching vocal tones.
That said, the tempo is slow and the gentle melody is very pleasant, so it’s definitely a song I’d love for you to try tackling if you can.
You might want to lower the key a little.
absolute zeroNatori

Natori, the male singer-songwriter who gained nationwide popularity with “Overdose.” His stylish vibe born from his downer-style vocals has especially captured the hearts of teens and people in their 20s.
Among his tracks, the one I particularly recommend is “Absolute Zero.” Released in April 2024, this song leans a bit more into a rock sound compared to his previous work.
That said, his downer-style vocals are very much present here, too.
It’s a low-range song that’s easy to sing even for those who struggle with high notes or long sustains, so definitely give it a try.
