Lose YourselfEminem

Eminem is a rapper who’s highly acclaimed by hip-hop heads around the world and is hugely popular in Japan as well.
His biggest appeal, above all, is his exceptional rapping skill—without a doubt, he’s among the top five in the world.
One of his signature tracks, Lose Yourself, stands out with its hardcore lyrics inspired by the Pied Piper of Hamelin.
The track and the flow are both incredibly cool, making it perfect as background music for training.
Can’t Be Touched feat. Mr. Magic & TroubleRoy Jones Jr

Roy Jones Jr.
, the former heavyweight world champion often said to have the greatest athleticism in boxing history, is actually an artist as well.
You might think, “Since he’s a boxer, aren’t his tracks just for fun?” His song “Can’t Be Touched feat.
Mr.
Magic & Trouble” will surprise anyone with that doubt.
It’s a captivating piece featuring ultra-stylish rap you wouldn’t expect from someone whose main job is boxing.
Pay attention to its hardcore sound—it’s highly recommended as training BGM, too!
RepresentNas

When you’re training, you want stylish background music! For those people, I recommend “Represent.” This track is by Nas, a rapper highly regarded as a legend in the American hip-hop scene, and it has gained international popularity.
It’s an impressive piece with an old-school yet timeless, stylish flow.
In terms of vibe, it’s perfect BGM for cardio and other aerobic exercises.
Tonight We RideUNLEASH THE ARCHERS

Unleash the Archers, a metal band from Canada, is one of the top-tier bands among female-fronted metal acts.
Not only is their musicianship outstanding, but the vocals are phenomenal—Brittney’s solid foundational technique and wide vocal range are nothing short of breathtaking.
Their classic track Tonight We Ride stands out with an electrifying, maxed-out intro and relentless energy throughout.
It’s a super cool, quintessential metal anthem—a must-listen for trainees!
Eye Of The TigerSurvivor

Survivor is a rock band that was hugely successful in the 1980s.
Their song “Eye of the Tiger” is one of their signature works and gained international popularity.
Since it was used as a theme song in the boxing-themed film “Rocky,” I think many people are familiar with it.
The track builds gradually from a quiet start, making it highly recommended as background music for training.
It’s especially perfect for exercises involving heavy weights.
Gonna Fly NowBill Conti

The composer Bill Conti is from the United States.
An Italian-American, he has created many theme songs and soundtrack pieces for films and TV dramas over his long career.
Among his works, one of the most widely known is Gonna Fly Now.
This song was composed as the theme for the popular boxing film Rocky.
I’m sure many of you are familiar with it.
When it comes to training, you can’t leave this song out, so I decided to feature it!
Party and BullshitThe Notorious B.I.G.

The rapper known affectionately as Biggie, The Notorious B.
I.
G.
, was a major figure in the 1990s hip-hop scene, but tragically died in 1997 in a mysterious shooting.
The perpetrator has still not been found, and it’s regarded as an assassination.
His track “Party and Bullshit” is known as one of his signature songs.
With its energetic, old-school vibe in both the beat and the rap, it’s great BGM for powering through hard work.
